ORDER PROCESS TIME

It takes 1-2 business day for us to process all of your orders (except national holiday).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES

All order will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Mostly after one business day after your order confirmation, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking number.

RETURN

Please send your return request to info@pineappleandstar.com with your order ID, we will process your return with 1-3 business day. 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a full refund for any returned merchandise. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items. 

Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable)

Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email.

EXCHANGE

Exchanges are accepted for all items as well as for items that do not meet the return policy (Final sale product). If you simply need a different size or don’t like the style of your item(s) all together, then you will be instructed as to the most cost-effective way to return your item(s) to us.

If you are a prime member, you can choose 2 days free shipping. Of course, if you are a true fan of Pineapple&Star, you are very welcome to order on our website. 

HAWAII, ALASKA, PO BOXES, APO/FPO & U.S TERRITORIES

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All international orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express, and are typically delivered within 3-7 business days from the date that it is shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Pineapple&Star Hat.

 

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.


International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
