The Sun Care Registry — Official Terms

1. The Program
The Sun Care Registry (the "Program") is a warranty registration program offered by Jowong International Trading LLC, 1001 S Doubleday Ave, Ontario, CA 91761 (the "Sponsor"), operator of pineappleandstar.com ("Pineapple & Star").
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of registration. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible for the registry gift described in Section 5.
3. Base Warranty — Unconditional
Every Pineapple & Star hat includes a twelve (12) month limited craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery. This base warranty applies automatically to every qualifying purchase. It is never conditioned on registration, on the purchase of any other product or service, or on any other action by the customer. Registration is entirely optional.
4. Registration and Extended Coverage
Registering a qualifying purchase through the Program extends the craftsmanship warranty from twelve (12) to eighteen (18) months from the date of delivery, and enrolls the hat for priority repair or replacement service. One (1) registration is permitted per qualifying order number and per customer email address. Duplicate or automated registrations will be declined. Qualifying purchases include hats bought at pineappleandstar.com or through the Sponsor's Amazon storefront; the Sponsor may verify any order against its sales records before honoring Program benefits.
5. Registry Gift and Approximate Odds
Each valid registration receives one (1) registry gift, assigned automatically at the time of submission. Approximate odds of each gift are as follows and may vary with availability:

Odds are approximate. No purchase of any additional product is required to receive a registry gift; a gift accompanies every valid registration.
6. Availability of Complimentary Hats
Complimentary hats are offered while supplies last and are fulfilled from current in-stock styles only. They are limited to one (1) per household and per order, and exclude gift cards. The Sponsor may introduce a monthly allocation prospectively under Section 9; if availability is exhausted at the time of assignment or redemption, the registration receives the 30% gift instead.
7. Redemption
(a) Complimentary hat: the registrant must contact the Sponsor's care team at info@pineappleandstar.com within thirty (30) days of gift assignment, quoting the certificate number. Upon verification, the Sponsor issues a single-use code covering one (1) in-stock hat in full, valid for thirty (30) days from issuance.
(b) Percentage codes: issued as unique, single-use codes valid for sixty (60) days from issuance at pineappleandstar.com only.
(c) All codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be combined with other offers, and are void where prohibited.
8. Verification and Abuse
The Sponsor may verify any registration against order records, including Amazon order records, before honoring Program benefits. Registrations that are fraudulent, duplicative, automated, or inconsistent with the Sponsor's records may be declined or voided.
9. Changes and Termination
The Sponsor may amend, suspend, or end the Program prospectively at any time. Changes do not affect warranty coverage already extended or gifts already assigned.
10. Alternate Method of Entry
To register without a qualifying online submission, mail a card with your name, mailing address, email, order number, and hat style to: The Sun Care Registry, c/o Jowong International Trading LLC, 1001 S Doubleday Ave, Ontario, CA 91761. Mailed registrations receive the same treatment as online registrations.
11. Privacy
Information submitted through the Program is used to maintain certificates and warranty records and, where separately consented, to send communications from Pineapple & Star. It is not sold or shared for third-party marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
12. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon.com, Inc.
